<div>Anoma Janadari is a notable figure in the realm of Sri Lankan cinema, stage drama, and television. She has earned recognition for her remarkable performances in acclaimed movies such as "Thani Thatuwen Piyabanna" and "Davena Wihagun."</div><div><br></div><div>Commencing her career with the stage production "Hitler" in 1985, Anoma Janadari's journey continued with prominent roles in stage plays like Percy Perera's "Nara Lovin Ekek Aapi," "Hena," "Maghatha," "Veniceye Welenda," "Polina," "Gandhi," "Makarakshya," "Eedipas," "Samawenna Weradeemak," and "Sinhabhau Lawa Gassawa." Her introduction to television acting was through the 1990 serial "Prabathaya," followed by well-received series like "Dunhinda Addara" and "Diyaketa Pahana." In the cinematic realm, her debut was marked by the 1992 film "Channa Kinnariya."</div><div><br></div><div>Anoma Janadari has portrayed lead roles in significant films like "Burning Birds," "Thani Thatuwen Piyabanna" (Flying with One Wing), and "This Is My Moon." Furthermore, she clinched the Best Actress Award for the same movie at the SAARC Film Festival 2019 and the Seventh Derana Lux Film Awards 2019. Her excellence as an actress was evident when she received the Best Actress award at the 16th Singapore International Film Festival in 2003.</div>
