Samantha Epasinghe, also known as Samantha Diyasena Liyanage (Sinhala: සමන්තා ඈපාසිංහ), was a notable actress in Sri Lankan cinema, theatre, and television. Born on April 11, 1967, she passed away on October 3, 2021.

Epasinghe began her acting journey with the play 'Muhuda Mudra' and soon made her presence felt on the small screen alongside renowned actors such as Lucien Bulathsinhala and Bandula Vithanage. Throughout her career, she appeared in various teledramas and a few films.

In 1993, she received the prestigious Best Emerging Award at the 21st Sarasaviya Awards for her remarkable performance in the film "Rajek Wage Puthek" (1992). Her talent and dedication to her craft were widely recognized and appreciated.
