Nadini Premadasa, born on 19th December 1987, is a talented Sri Lankan singer who rose to prominence as the 5th contestant on the second season of the reality show "Sirasa Superstar." In her early life, Nadini's passion for music blossomed during her school days at Musaeus College, where she displayed her talents in singing. Nadini's musical abilities also led her to become the leader of the senior brass band at Musaeus College, where she organized the band fiesta "Dolce Ed Vivace" and was recognized as a talented senior prefect.
Her breakthrough in the music industry came in 2007 when she fearlessly competed in the prestigious "Sirasa Super Star Singing Competition," a highly competitive reality show in Sri Lanka. Her talent and determination helped her emerge as an attractive and gifted female singer.
Nadini's musical journey took off with her debut audio release "Sapu Kusume" in 2007, followed by her first music video "Madesa Balannai." Over the years, she has continued to captivate audiences with her diverse performances in various genres. Her music videos like "Guruparata" and "Gajaman Nona" in 2008 gained her popularity. She has also collaborated with artists like Chilli for "Hinathatakeka" and featured in successful duets like "Piyaman Kara Siththathi" and "Sitha Adare Soya."
One of her remarkable songs, "Yali Wadinna Budu Sadu," paid tribute to her motherland, religion, and the peace attained after years of struggle.
